This place is almost new! We have pretty much completely gone through this place as if we were going to live there(entire interior has been painted): Both bathrooms are new(took down to the studs), Kitchen eating area, kitchen, laundry room and sunroom all have new floors, all cabinets have been painted(airless sprayer), all new hardware and all new counters in bathrooms and kitchen. I forgot to mention brand new dishwasher and microwave! This is a VERY nice rental in the Edmond school district! Obviously we are not 100% done and pics were during remodel. Will add more pics as time allows. Non smoking residence. Tenant pays for all utilities and care for the lawn.
