Interested households will be required to submit a pre-application. Applicants selected through the waiting list will be required to submit income documentation, and pass a credit check in order to qualify. Applications from residents or workers of Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties will be given preference. The income limits for Burlington County are: 1 Person Household = Max Household Income of $31,378; 2 Person Household = Max Household Income of $35,860; 3 Person Household = Max Household Income of $40,343; 4 Person Household = Max Household Income of $44,825; 5 Person Household = Max Household Income of $48,411. How to Apply: If you are interested in applying this affordable unit, you must complete a Preliminary Application and return to Triad Associates. Triad Associates has been designated by the property owner as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist renters through the application process. Preliminary applications are available at the Triad Associates website, www.triadhousingprograms.com, the Delanco Township Municipal Building at 770 Coopertown Road. Applications can also be requested via mail by calling Triad Associates at (856) 690-5749 for applicants that do not have access to the internet.
