Highlight is the 8-foot-long island that seats 4. With 22 total feet of countertops, it's excellent for cooking, entertaining, and working. - BATHROOM: Larger, upgraded bathroom with new cabinets, marble counter, and washer/dryer hidden in closet. - LIVING ROOM: 13-foot-tall ceilings, mountain views, and wood-burning fireplace. - AC: Upgraded AC/heater unit with ducts for both bedroom and kitchen/living area, essential for hot summer days (other units have smaller bedroom window-units only) - BALCONIES: Back balcony has view of foothills and great sunsets.
