About the area The house is conveniently located in a residential area in up and coming neighborhood of East Palo Alto. It is close to Facebook, Google, Amazon, Stanford campus, Palo Alto downtown and 101 highway. About the house Washer and Dryer in house Shared kitchen, fridge, and cooking utensils (light cooking only) Central gas heating 50 Gallon water heater Super fast Comcast XFINITY Blast with high end modem (1.4 Gbps Arris Surfboard) and high end router (Netgear Nighthawk AC 1900) FREE access to use my Netflix AND Hulu account Cleaner comes every month to clean bathrooms, kitchen and common area at no charge About the room The room is decently sized with windows and plenty of closet space. You will have your own room key, and the option to use a spare twin size mattress, desk, chair, and nightstand that I have, or bring in your own. Flooring in the room is carpet. Our rules Cleanup after using the kitchen/bathroom/sink Quiet hours after 10 PM everyday Take shoes off/wear house slippers/socks in living room area as well as wood floor areas No getting drunk/drugs/smoking and no pets Guests are welcome in your room, no overnight guest. Take turns for Garbage Day (taking trash cans out to the streets) The deal Monthly rent includes: Paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets provided Monthly house cleaners Fast Internet Utilities * *On utilities, I will pay the first $150 of water and electricity bill combined. The extra will be shared among the roommates. This arrangement is in place so we are responsible with power and water. Deposit is one month rent which is refundable if you complete the minimum 6-month lease. About you We are looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet, not a fan of getting drunk/drugs/smoking, has no pets, light to no cooking, and does not take 30 minutes for shower.
