The studio is very spacious and has all the amenities - in unit washer and dryer, stone counter tops, free google fiber for the remainder of your lease, walk out patio with large sliding doors which is hard to find in Seattle, easy and available street parking (I never have an issue getting a spot but you can pay for a garage space if that works better), gas stove, Safeway out front for all your grocery needs and walkable to capitol hill! Since it is a block over the ridge the neighborhood is much safer and has local YMCA right next door for working out if the in unit gym is not enough. The building also has an amazing rooftop area with fire-pits, BBQ, and couches to hang out on in addition to a common room with a kitchen, hangout area and shuffleboard. The views of rainier in the spring/summer are amazing. I have never had an issue with noise or other tenants and the building is run very well. I would be happy to show you around the place!
