Enjoy a private entrance and fenced-in patio, a fully equipped stylish kitchen, cozy living area, peaceful king bedroom, and boutique hotel-inspired design throughout. Property/Parking: The guest house is located above our detached garage with a shared exterior walkway to the entrance. Otherwise, the space is completely private and separated from our home. Plenty of off-street parking is available - we live on a large corner lot so street parking space is never an issue! Living Room: Relax on the plush velvet sofa in front of a smart TV loaded with all your favorite streaming apps. Thoughtfully chosen art and decor set the tone throughout the space. Bedroom: A king bed is the centerpiece of the main room which is spacious, quiet, and all yours, with no shared walls. A pack-and-play is available for guests traveling with little ones, and luggage racks make settling in (and packing up) easier. Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking: pots, pans, a full knife set, cutlery, wine glasses, everyday kitchenware. Basic spices and cooking utensils are stocked too, so you can whip up a full meal without buying your own supplies. Bathroom & Utility: A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with a hairdryer, iron, and hangers so you can keep everything fresh. A vacuum, broom, and dishwasher are on hand to make cleanup easy. Patio: Your own private outdoor retreat with two Adirondack chairs and a bistro table set the scene for morning coffee or an evening drink under the string lights. Guest access Guests can enjoy the property privately on their own.
