There is a very large back deck for chilling with a group. There is a front porch that is great to just sit on and read a book. The upper deck in the trees is great for just everything! The zip code of the rental is 78704 which you might know is close to SOCO and downtown. Also comes with nice BBQ/Smoker! Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park are right down the street.
