This is a fairly large house (2800 sq ft) and currently houses 5 people living there (3 men, 2 women), aged mid 20s - mid 30s, each having their own room. The amenities of the house include a washer/dryer, full kitchen, fast Xfinity Internet with no data cap, and a theater room in the basement with a 150" projector screen. For tenants/roommates, you must be able to get along easily with others, pass a criminal background check, have verifiable income, and be able to move in within 2 months. Besides the obvious rules of being respectful of each other's space and things, the only real rules for the house are no pets and no smoking of any kind, including vapes, in the house (back or front porch is OK). Leases are month-to-month to make things easier for everyone. Utilities ARE included in the price. I require a security deposit equal to 1 month rent up front.
