And the cool thing about the patio is it has a secret door that opens into the parking lot with a large platform that will support a scooter, up to the biggest Harley! I like to ride around town on my Vespa and this is where I park it. The secret door is also super convenient for unloading groceries. Included is a secure, underground parking spot. All utilities are included, including high speed internet. Desk, filing cabinet, printer with paper, computer monitor, pots, pans, spices, utensils, towels, new bedding (I'm taking the pictured sheets, pillows and bedspread) ...it is all there. I would prefer a two-month minimum rental but am pretty flexible on the length. Security deposit of $1050. $400 damage deposit. $125 cleaning fee. Available now.
