    Looking for immediate sell. The home is move-in ready and a perfect rental investment. My home was purchased as a fixer-upper in 2014 and my husband, who’s an electrician, added light features throughout the home. Unfortunately, we had to return back to my husband's family to be closer and were unable to complete all the needed renovations to make the home move-in ready. Plus, the CVS on the corner can be really handy for late-night milk runs.
