The information presented by Zillow here were incorrect, which were corrected in November 2017. This house currently has 9 bedrooms, 1 office, and 11 bathrooms, permitted in December 2018 and completed on May 16, 2019. There's also a porch in rear connected to the house with a square footage of 180 sq. ft. (15' by 12'). The house underwent a major reconstruction and remodeling in 2003. The total square footage went from 1450 to 3169 sq. ft. This is one of the best in the area structurally and has been going through remodeling until just recently. Most other houses are simply cosmetically nice on the outside but have issues that will surface later. In 2003 the entire house had to be retrofitted structurally and the framing roofing, walls and everything was redone. The preexisting parts had to be retrofitted by insertion of hold-downs and the used hold-downs were triple in size required by the building codes. This is a modern house and in reality has next to nothing reflecting the original year built of 1952. This house in reality was built and some parts rebuilt in 2003. There are no other houses in the area with this many rooms and bathrooms.There's also a gazebo in the backyard. The house for the most part is 1-story. The rear right (Northeast) side an area of 23 feet by 32 feet is 2-story. This is house perhaps has more total number of rooms than most other houses in the area. Zillow's valuation of this house is low. Every bedroom and the office have their own exclusive bathroom. There are two different central cool/heat systems for the first and second floors separately. The attached garage accommodates two cars. There are two parking spaces on the driveway inside the long gate. There is also street parking on Crespi. This house is worth more than $2M at this time (June 2019).
