Hello I am looking for a good long term renter to rent my house. It is a brand new home that was just built in 2021. The house is in immaculate condition. House will not come furnished. Home will be ready for move in September 1 2025. You will be responsible for utilities. I will have the accounts transferred to your name so they can be paid by you the tenant directly. Utility costs usually run me about $300/month for everything (gas, water, electric, internet). Absolutely no smoking is allowed. There is a two car garage and drive way so 4 cars maximum can fit on the property.
