People are moving out August 1,2024 at which time I will clean, paint and do any upgrades necessary. All this should make it available about mid August. It has a 2-car garage and also side parking for another car. It is located across from Torrance High school and in Historic Downtown Old Torrance. It is on a corner lot which has two houses. The landlord lives in the front and the back house is for rent. There are hookups for a washer/dryer. All rooms are good size. Tenants pay for all utilities. Also, this is a smoke free area including the patio. No drugs including Weed and Vaping. Must have respect for landlord and neighbors since we all live close to each other. No loud parties past a certain time at night. If you have a dog you must clean up after the dog daily to avoid flies and smells. All trash must be contained to avoid rodents. All this is common sense but must be stated to avoid any confusion.
