Door separates area from rest of the main floor. Plenty of driveway and on street parking but tenant would not have access to garage parking and would need to not block direct access to garage. Outdoor furniture, can hangout, have bonfires, grill, etc. This unit would not have access to upstairs main living area but owner of the property lives here and is male, 30's, boarder and just a chill guy.
