If you're military and work at Langley Air Force Base then it's just a few minutes away from the west gate! Aside from being super close to the base, there are lots of stores from food to shopping right around the corner at the Coliseum Shopping Center and off of Mercury Blvd. It's a safe community to live in where this house is located in relation to some other areas in Hampton. The backyard is originally what sold me on this house, the back yard is huge! To me at least and my two huskies have enjoyed the room to run around in. This house had a fire incident in 2016 leaving everything covered in soot. As of February of 2017, everything has been cleaned, repainted. There was new attic insulation installed and the crawl space has also been cleaned, insulated and vapor barrier installed new as of November 2019. This is a great house with a nice layout to walk around in and a yard big enough for the whole family!!
