A second home lies east of the house built in 2012. That home has 1350 sq. ft., 3 beds 1 full and a 1/2 bath, open living, kitchen, dining and has an attached 2 car garage. A large carport and utility storage room are also attached. An attached 480 sq ft. workshop with half bath, separate natural gas furnace and window ac provides the handyman space. In addition, a covered 8 x 50 porch is on the west side of the house to enjoy the quiet country setting. The property is surveyed 1/3 acre and is surrounded by a cedar split rail fence. A reconstructed 1830s brick summer kitchen with Rumford cooking fireplace, beehive (bustle oven), cellar storage as well as a loft is just to the rear of the house. Note 2: Zillow has responded and is bound by county records. Since the 1830s, this property has straddled the township line between Nauvoo and Sonora. As a result, two tax bills are received, one for each portion of the property that is in the respective township. Zillow tells me they cannot remove the old listing that shows 'Off the Market'. Additionally, the satellite view shows two locations for the same address. As far as the city is concerned, this is all one property with one address. This property has not been subdivided.
