This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home with laundry on the first floor. We purchased the house a couple of years ago and are in the process of getting it ready for rent again. Doing some small repairs, cleaning the house, etc. The expected move in date would be March 1st. All 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the main floor, with one of the bathrooms being part of the master bedroom. Appliance hook ups are on the first floor as mentioned. The location is ultra convenient and the neighborhood is nice. Feel free to ask any questions! We are not a rental management company, just a family with a couple properties here and there so I like to think we are quick and friendly with any problems you might have. I'm (the guy posting this) currently overseas, but my parents live in Saint Joe and you'll be pretty much communicating with them. I've listed a contact number for my mother. Edit: Originally I mischecked the box about washer and dryer included. Sorry. The hookups are on the first floor, machines not included :( Monthly income should be 2-2.5x the rent, so somewhere around 2,200 or more per month. Edit: Please give my mom a call and ask her to show the house. Don't send an application here because I feel terrible if you spend money applying on this site. Owner pays for trash, renter pays for other utilities. Non-smoker is highly preferred for insurance purposes. I know it sucks, but insurance on a rental unit is substantially higher if the housing contract says "no smoking on premises." As any property owner will say, no pets are best, but I understand nearly everyone has a pet. If you'd like to bring a pet, unfortunately I have to charge a pet deposit and ask you to please kennel your pet when you are away from home.
