This is a mother in law apartment that has a separate entrence and yard. The living room could be used as the bedroom if you like a large bedroom. There is a small kitchen and a nice bright dining room. Also, there is a huge storage room that I don't count toward the sq footage. Situated on 4 acres of pasture and Forest that you will find us wandering around in with clippers and saws tending things. We don't have animals right now but may have something in the future. We have kept horses, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, pheasants, and peacocks in the past, so you never know. We mow the lawn and dedicate a nice sized area for only your own use. But we do tend this as well. There is an outside dog area, but rules are the same as a dog park, please don't miss anything.
