Restaurants, watering holes, shopping like Patagonia are all in Dillon. So is U. of Montana Western, renowned for its natural horsemanship school. Yes, there are no big box stores, but UPS & FEDEX come daily. This is ranch country, most of the neighbors have cows and they are occasionally noisy. But, you won't hear traffic and sirens all night, nor motorcycles (gravel road) nor semis gunning down the street (it's a private road that dead ends a mile down the road). Take advantage of this last price reduction before we list with a realtor at a less desirable price.
