The houses are in prime Silicon valley location - East Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Berkeley You will have a private room in the East Palo Alto house. Access to laundy, kitchen, shared areas etc Opportunity to LIVE RENT FREE while doing the following - - Manage online inquiries on a Superhost account - Check in and check out guest when the arrive / leave - Be the first point of contact for renters / guests on the site - Buy essentials for the house - Regular cleaning of the apartment and common areas - keeping the yard clean - Cleaning rooms and linen between check out and check in - Ensure we maintain a high level of customer services to guests - Looking for at least a 2 yr commitment - You will have first hand view on how to run a short term rental business and learn the trade with a professional The compensation you receive for very less work is FREE living in Bay area This job combines customer service, computer skills, hands on problem solving, attention to detail, follow through and communication.
