It's furnished with a full-size bed, and also features floor-to-ceiling CB2 shelves, and a large closet. Potential to add a desk and/or dresser. One and a half bathrooms, both shared. Street parking; street cleaning 2x/week. Peaceful, sunny room furnace with a queen bed and shelves available to rent starting February 1. Happy to add a dresser or a desk as needed. Rental term is three to six months max, 31-day minimum. No pets, no drugs, overnight guests once/week max, please. No WFH-- sorry!
