Private Room with lots of natural light. Safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. 3 bed 1 bath, with roommates who like to keep things clean :). Backyard is furnished with patio furniture, a grill, and a fire pit. Both of the current tenants work in the music industry so there is often music playing in the house but never over bearing. We've really turned this place into a great home! We are currently month to month on our lease but have no plans to leave in the immediate future. We are ideally looking for someone to stay for 6-12 months if not longer. But are open to short term leases.
