The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful. All of the houses were built around 2002. There is a mixture of retirees and young families. One of the best features of the neighborhood is the quick access to the Anacortes Forest Lands, where you can hike, bike, and swim in Little Cranberry Lake. The nearest entrance to the trails is located right up the street, a 1 minute walk from the house. Also, there are dues for the homeowners association, but they are only $200/yr.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
