Second floor apartment located within my home. Private access at rear with a large covered porch. A/C. Full sized washer and dryer. Large kitchen. Several closets. Fireplace. All utilities included in rent including high speed internet. Currently upgrading bathroom and kitchen and hope to be finished by mid-November. The living room is above my bedroom so looking for a quiet non-smoker. Prefer someone who is quite fit. I am 76 and still very active but sometimes need a bit of help, like cleaning leaves off the roof or pruning bushes. This will not be very often. Can be seen any time.
