There are two spaces for off street parking. There is also a separate laundry room with a spare space for your washer and dryer (you can bring your own). The recently new stove and refrigerator are included. Tenant pays for all utilities. An absolute requirement is for the rent to be paid on time every month (on the 1st) and the home is to be kept clean inside and outside. If those two items are done each month, tenant can stay as long as you'd like. There will be a credit report, employment and a background check done.
