It has a gas line ready to go. The main floor and outside deck has in-wall and in-ceiling speakers so you can enjoy music. The bottom floor has a large family room with a blackboard wall and fireplace, and the 5th bedroom (with bathroom). And last but not least, a great 3-car garage. The house is in the new Northwood Elementary School district, and is a short walk to Luther Burbank park and downtown Mercer Island. We loved living at this house. Owner pays for landscape company to maintain the front and backyard (visits once per month). Tenant pays for utilities, garbage, water, and security system (if you want to activate it).
