Myself and other tenant of 7 years are friendly, polite, clean, respectful and pretty much stay to ourselves. We do our own thing. Shared bathroom with other tenant who, actually hardly ever uses it. So it's more or less private. Room has its own AC if you like your room cooler than the rest of the house. Rent includes utilities, fridge, microwave is in the room and reasonable use of laundry only if you know how to use machines properly and respectfully. They have been broken twice by tenants. Rent is $750 if you use the laundry or $730 of you chose to use the wash and fold laundry service/laundromat about 3 miles from the house. There is a $150 non-refundable move in/out fee and $300 refundable security deposit. Must keep your space clean and be respectful of the house. I am renting a room in my house. This is not a house share. No kitchen cooking. No guests, smoking, drinking or drugs. No pets. I am flexible. Communication is a must both ways. This will be a month to month lease.
