Home is currently full of content. And is need of repair. House Is Currently Condemned due to utilities being off. Spoke with county. It needs utilities turned on for violation to be removed. House is sound, no visible signs of water leaks. Plumbing is intact and serviceable. Water heater should be replaced. Furnace is newer and serviceable. Kitchen is intact, bathroom needs work, but is salvageable. No visible wall or ceiling repair needed. Electric is older and should be replaced. House needs siding replaced on rear of house. Basement is damp . No signs of extreme water intrusion. Windows are sound. Lot is nice and deep. I intend on cleaning out house next week and starting to hire contractors for needed repairs.
