Over-sized windows help to brighten the space and provide serene views of the woods all around. The 8’ x 20’ covered front porch is perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Going down the hall, the guest bedroom and bathroom sit across from each other. Following those is the master bedroom, which is furnished with dual custom-built wardrobes, nightstands, and a headboard. Three closets provide more than adequate space for hanging items. There is also an open storage area above. An exterior door exits into the carport. The master bathroom is currently under construction but includes a walk-in shower, laundry area, and space for a bathtub. A picture of the newly installed vanity and cabinets is included. Should more finished living-area be desired, the carport contains 750 square feet that could easily be enclosed to accommodate additional bedrooms or a special space like a sauna/hot-tub area. This home is less than ten years old and was built to be our last, but our first grandchild was born a few months ago and then moved to Georgia. If not for that event, this place would not be for sale! It’s a unique property that is conveniently located and will make someone a fabulous home place or country get-away!
