Responsive and professional management company with online portal for rent and maintenance. There are two bathrooms. Private bath is an option. The roommates are a super nice couple in their 30s. They rent one room as the bedroom and the other as their office. One works from home and the other works hybrid. They're smart, creative, funny, responsible and clean. Good communicators. They've been great to live with and they go on a lot of trips together as well as independently. The lease ends on August 31. You would be taking over my lease at a date we agree on. No fees on your end. I am hoping to move out sometime Jan-March!
