This is a beautiful trailer that I LOVE! However, we are moving out of state and need to sell. We are asking just payoff so price is firm, but it will have to be moved. We are located in garner, even though we have a searcy address. It is huge for a trailer and It is considered ''a double and a half' It has a lot of upgrades. Beautiful kitchen and master bath, fireplace, living room and den. We have started replacing carpet with hardwood and the materials we have still will go with the house. Also has an office and full laundry room. Will need some small cosmetic upgrades - paint, floors finished in office, etc but It is in good shape.
