A very nice home. The house was redone in 2012 after a house fire on April 10, 2011. There's also carpet on the steps. The backyard is a mess since it was used as basically a junkyard after the house fire. We do have a chain-link fence in the yard though. The musty basement is used as storage. The master bedroom and the attic bedroom are the only private bedrooms. You have to go through the other two to get to the bathroom. No house heating. The Kitchen has yet to be redone. There aren't any cabinet doors on the cabinets. I can hear my neighbors through the walls. Neighborhood Description The Neighborhood is nice and quiet with responsible neighbors. Usually there's always parking, but if not you can always rent out space in the parking lot across the street.
