Everyone who stays there have expressed their enjoyment and contentment. We require a minimum of 30 day stay which is well accommodated at this gem. It is about one mile from Rancho Palos Verde Peninsula (golf and ocean trails). Pets are welcomed, however dogs only. Short term rental only. minimum 1 month stay no more than 12 month stay. Owner pays for all utilities. No smoking allowed on and inside the property. Small dogs are welcomed (up to 20 lbs) Includes wifi and basic cable tv.
