This is a vacant estate property and is being aggressively priced for a quick sale. It has 3 bedrooms (one is currently being used as a laundry room), full bath and a full basement. Very cute home w/large backyard. There is a deck off the side and handicap ramp off the front that could be removed. The main level has a nice open kitchen & eating area w/plenty of counter space & cupboards. Good size living room. Close to schools & shopping. Great home for the money. With it being an estate sale, final arrangements are being made w/reverse mortgage company and are allowing us a short time to complete sale so that is why price is so aggressive. All showings will be allowed this weekend within reason and I hope to meet w/person in charge of estate on Monday to go over any & all possible offers.
