Located on the top floor (3rd floor) of the entire apartment building. - Tons of storage space, 2 full closets in the master bedroom with 3 additional full closets in the hallway - You would be taking over the master bedroom which includes an en-suite bathroom (~198 sq ft not including bathroom) - Includes a free covered parking spot - Safe and quiet neighborhood, just one block away from many restaurants/cafes and grocery stores! - Great landlord + maintenance team, super quick to respond to any issues - Monthly Rent: $1973.40 / month - Available Move-in: As early as January 16, 2026 - Lease Term: Runs through June 19, 2026 (can be renewed) - Security Deposit: $600 - Water and Trash are included in rent, you'd only pay for internet and electricity which is usually ~$50/month About me: I'm in my early 20s working as a SWE in the bay area.
