Unit 1411, in the famous DOS Santos gated community. You can beat 300 days of sunshine, low humidity, within 1.5 hours of 3 ski resorts and numerous hiking trails within 14 minutes or so. 7000 elevation keeps you much healthier and fit. For sale by owner - Still need to update interior pics. I travel a lot and will get these posted soon. We've lived in 3 different condos in this gated community. You have to be careful about your neighbors and parking availability in some areas. Brand new over, with air fryer capability - $800 and a new upgraded dishwasher - $700. This is a ground floor, with easy access to your front row parking spot.
1 parking space is assigned and the other space is first come/first served. We've had 2 vehicles and never had a problem finding parking. Pool deck and hot tub are amazing. I use them a few times a week and most times, no one else is using them. (Can't understand why but good for me)
Dog park, clubhouse - you can use for free or pay if for special event or similar. Gym is adequate and all I use to stay fit and trim (mostly trim) as an over 50 active guy. Very safe, maintenance fees are at 480 but well worth it. There is no other gated community that has the amazing large, public courtyard, a number of great gas grills and more for your friends or just grilling and chilling. Also, for sale on Zillow and Realtor.com. I am selling by owner. You must be pre-approved to buy. No lookie lou's and you must have ID to view. I will have a lockbox to use if I'm out of town. I can sell in 30 days or 5 months. no hurry. I want someone to enjoy as we have this area for 4 + years... We bought the condo last summer but job changes in a few months warrant selling. Newer carpet. happy hunting.

Pool and hot tub area. Bar none is the best in Santa Fe. We've lived in 2 other units before we purchased. This is the preferred 2-story with front row parking, so no long distance to bring in groceries or similar. Many outdoor grills are cool for parties - not many going on but when you want to impress, bring your friends over.
