We've had 2 vehicles and never had a problem finding parking. Pool deck and hot tub are amazing. I use them a few times a week and most times, no one else is using them. (Can't understand why but good for me) Dog park, clubhouse - you can use for free or pay if for special event or similar. Gym is adequate and all I use to stay fit and trim (mostly trim) as an over 50 active guy. Very safe, maintenance fees are at 480 but well worth it. There is no other gated community that has the amazing large, public courtyard, a number of great gas grills and more for your friends or just grilling and chilling.
