We dropped the price on this to just get rid of it. We don't have the time to go clean up the lot and clean up the trailer that's on it, so we'll sell it as-is.. what you see is what you get. We do have the title to the mobile home we can transfer. Someone can go cut down the bushes and clean up the lot , and maybe even save the MH and use it too. First come, first served. Its on 0.83 acres too.
