The unit has a full kitchen, a spacious dining area and living area, and balcony with an ocean view. It is currently furnished, but if you want to bring your own furniture, we can provide the space unfurnished as well. Beach access is 50-100 feet away, onto a dog-friendly beach. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and permits available for extra street spots as needed. Rent includes internet, telephone, most electricity (as long as bill is reasonable), and all other utilities. We're looking to find someone who will stay for at least 3 months.
