No prior unauthorized occupancy under another tenant's lease, or civil trespass by applicant, at any of landlord's properties. The rental agent will present your application to the property owner for the final decision. Please note that the final decision is made by the owner, not by Green Lightning Property Management Inc. Decisions are made based upon the qualifications abiding by the first in time rules within Seattle.
