The kitchen caught fire in 2023 and so has been under renovations since. The whole interior of the home is finishing renovations around September 2024 and then will be ready to rent! A couple features of the new home: Completely replaced/brand new: kitchen, bathroom, LVP floor, HVAC, insulation, double pane windows, electrical panel, water heater, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, interior and exterior paint and many more Additional features: refrigerator, washer & dryer, 2 large living areas, 2 car garage, large front driveway, ~2000 sq ft backyard, fruit trees, outdoor shed, quiet neighborhood Close proximity to Milpitas Transit Center, Hwy 680/880/101/237, VTA, BART along with Great Mall, Target, Costco, H-mart, Sprouts, Trader Joes, Safeway In regards to the layout of the house, this is a 3 BR, 2 BA 2-story home. All the rooms are upstairs and one full bathroom on each floor. The downstairs has two living spaces separated by a wall. The backyard is roughly 35x35 ft and included a concrete deck. When we lived here, we had 2 young children so spent many of our days in our backyard and biking the neighborhood. We'd frequent the library, the local farmer market and nearby parks. The McDonalds was also a frequented biking spot! If this sounds like a good spot for you or would like to find out more, feel free to reach out. Since this is practically a new home, I'd like to get to know my future tenant as well as make sure they are good fit. I see the relationship being the tenant helping equally as much as the landlord. Couple other comments important for the rental: * minimum 1 year lease * No pets * Non-smokers * Tenant to pay for all gas, electric, water and trash * Landlord covers landscaping * Security deposit of 1 months rent * A minimum credit score of at least 680 is required * 3 years of good rental references, or homeownership * Credit and background check required * Verifiable, combined, gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount 1 year min lease
