I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting Jan 1st to April 30th. It's the 1st floor garden level apartment WITH backyard. The apartment is managed by Philly Managment Group. I have no complaints about them as landlords. They are super reliable and if there are any issues they get them handled right away. I LOVE my place but I work out of NY and I am tired of commuting. Rent is $1100 utilities INCLUDED (must get your own internet). It sounds too good to be true but it's really not, I've LOVED living here and would stay if I didn't have to commute. There is a lease transfer fee of $500 that YOU would pay me once the lease is signed. The management company can draw up an agreement so you know the money is going to them. Lease takeover: $1100 Rent + $1100 Deposit +$500 fee = $2700. You will have to apply with Philly Living Management and get approved (credit check and they accept co-signers). I would put you in contact with the company and they will handle everything.
