You'll have access to our multi-use sports court, Lake Loveland 2 blocks away, and the Rocky Mountain National Park being only 40 minutes from Estes Park. There is a beautiful wooden window-well with natural light trickling through the French doors to the bedroom. Surround sound speakers are built into the living room, dimmable recessed lights, and you'll get your own thermostat control. The 1200 sq ft space comes with 1 bedroom, a kitchenette, private bathroom, storage room, and space under the staircase to use as a closet. Laundry is shared in the house, and is located on the main level just at the top of your staircase. We will be installing a hot-tub and sauna sometime this fall.
