The house has 4 bedrooms. The neighborhood is nice and quite with the Cross Island Pkwy is a 3 min drive from the house. There are buses and LIRR that's about a 7 minute walk. The room is located on the 3 floor. It is fully furnished with a Queen size bed, night stand, bureau, and desk. There is a kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room, living room with 75 in TV, 1 full bathroom, and a powdered bathroom to be shared. We also have a beautiful 25x25 deck furnished and driveway that can fit 4-5 cars. All utilities are included wifi, electricity, gas and water. There is also security cameras in the home. We do a month to month lease (but have tenants living there for years) The men living there are great roommates. Each tenant has their own pin to enter house. No smoking in the house but permitted outside. It's expected for roommates to clean after themselves and shared rooms clean and tidy.
