Nice affordable house with low maintenance. House is in good neighborhood, north of Midway Blvd. Perfect location across from Neal Armstrong Elementary School. I have owned this house for about 28 years, it has been a rental for most of that time. Great long-term tenets in place for 19 years. Tenets pay all utilities and keep the lawn, washer and dryer is even theirs. Their lease runs through September 2018. House is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, about 880 sf. It has a 220V wall a/c unit for heat and air (very low electric bills and maintenance cost), cools and heats the house fine. Roof was replaced after Charley by local roof company with 30 year shingles. The outside was painted a few years ago and is in great shape. The kitchen and bathroom could use updating (but fully operational) and is reflected in the price. DO NOT APPROACH THE HOUSE!! At least a 24hour notice is required before showing.
