Remodeled in 2008 extending our kitchen which included an island, travertine tiles, custom cabinets. Hardwood floors were added in the living room and the newly added dining room. The old dining room was turned into a den/playroom. There is a bedroom downstairs. We also extended and upgraded the master bath with a jacuzzi tub and a shower with jets. In 2013 the pool was re-plastered and retiled with new pool equipment. In 2015 we added solar panels, installed a tankless water heater and remodeled our backyard with a 10ft custom BBQ island, travertine tiles, stamped concrete and artificial grass. There is also a basketball area with a storage shed.
