In 2012 we had the home professionally remodeled. The kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops, wall oven and electric stovetop and dishwasher and ceramic tile flooring. The laundry was completely updated. The full bathroom now has a glass enclosed walk-in shower, solid countertop including sink and ceramic tile floor. The one car garage is now a remote operated with a key pad attached to the hose as well. The back porch was updated with exterior French doors, railing all around and the siding that matches the house. The hardwood floors throughout the house, except the bathrooms and kitchen, were completely refinished with a walnut stain. The half bathroom was updated with a new laminate countertop and freestanding glass sink.
