You have a keyless entry at your front door. The washer and dryer is between the two units. Last month rent is due at signing. Dogs are ok. I am highly allergic to cats. Please don't bring cats into the unit. You can have up to two guests and on the fourth day, you will pay $150 per day for your guest. Utilities are included with the exception of If they exceed $200 in a month, you will pay the difference. No smoking inside the unit. You can smoke in the backyard or front yard.
