Owner pays water/sewer/garbage, tenant pays electric. Internet/cable not included. Cats and small dogs (less than 20lbs): $300 deposit, $25 rent. 12 month lease; $50 application fee per adult; $1,450 security deposit max (may be less dependent upon screening); 1 month's rent and deposit due at lease signing. Zillow applications are fine to submit, but I use my own application process also that is $50 that is required to move in. So don't pay for the Zillow one if you don't already have it!
