Somerset Middle school, Modesto Covenant Church, and Revard Manor Park are walking distance. This is a great space for a WFH/Bay Area commuting family. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly! We do not allow smoking on the premises or pets. We have put a lot of time, love, and effort into remodeling it ourselves and we are hoping to find people who will appreciate the space we've put together.
