Room: Back room of house on second floor. This room has 2 windows and gets the most light in the house! Includes mounted TV, curtains, area rug, and remote controlled ceiling fan/light. No closet but plenty of room for a full size bed and dresser. (Room is currently an office in the pics). Hardwood floors. House: Historic home with tons of charm and original millwork. 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms (full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs). Full size washer and dryer on first floor porch. Pantry closet in dining room, closet in bathroom, and unfinished basement as well. Plenty of space to store your things. Open concept main floor with hardwood floors and area rugs. Kitchen has everything, pans, utensils, toaster oven, microwave, etc. Small backyard that is basically just a place for the dogs to go potty. Month to month lease to start with potential for longer term lease down the line. No smoking, drinking or drugs of any kind. Thermostat is controlled by the owner. We have a cat that does not like other cats, so no cats are allowed. Small dog will be considered if the dog is a match with my 2 dogs after meeting. They are generally friendly with other dogs so I don't see it being an issue, but no guarantees. All utilities are included in the rent. Parking is on the street and usually very accessible.
